Each individual may register and operate only one (1) Account on the z9999 Platform. Multiple accounts — whether created under the same name, the same CNIC number, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or otherwise — are strictly prohibited. Where z9999 detects the operation of duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, balances will be reviewed, and any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be forfeited.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your legal full name (exactly as it appears on your CNIC), CNIC number, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested during registration or KYC. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. z9999 may suspend Accounts where provided information is found to be false, misleading, or inconsistent with KYC documentation.
Before any withdrawal is processed, and as a condition of accessing real-money gaming features, all Players must complete z9999's KYC verification process. z9999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA requires entry of an OTP (one-time password) delivered to your registered Pakistani mobile number on each login. While 2FA significantly reduces unauthorised access risk, z9999 does not guarantee Account security in the event of SIM card compromise, device theft, or other circumstances beyond the platform's control.
z9999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any Account where suspicious activity is detected — including but not limited to login attempts from unrecognised IP addresses, rapid sequential withdrawals inconsistent with normal usage patterns, or evidence of credential compromise. Account holds imposed for security purposes will be communicated to the registered mobile number and resolved as promptly as reasonably practicable.

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account holder does not match the z9999 Account holder's identity — are not accepted and will be returned to the source method. Deposits from unidentified sources may be held pending KYC clarification.
The z9999 Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as the primary account currency. USDT deposits are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. z9999 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit initiation and confirmation.
Note: z9999 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their own terms of service. These charges are outside z9999's control and are not refundable by z9999.
To be eligible to withdraw funds from your z9999 Account, you must have: (a) completed full KYC verification; (b) met all applicable Wagering Requirements on any active Bonus Balance; (c) no pending investigations, security holds, or compliance reviews on your Account; and (d) a positive Real Money Balance of at least the minimum withdrawal amount.
Withdrawal requests submitted by KYC-verified Players to JazzCash or EasyPaisa will be processed within 2-10 minutes of request submission. z9999 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding PKR 50,000 per transaction or PKR 200,000 within any rolling 30-day period. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and does not constitute an accusation of wrongdoing. Players are encouraged to maintain their KYC documentation current to avoid withdrawal processing delays.
Bonus Balance and any winnings generated solely from Bonus Balance are not eligible for withdrawal until the full applicable Wagering Requirement has been completed. Any attempt to withdraw funds before the Wagering Requirement is met will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and associated bonus winnings. Real Money Balance is withdrawable at any time subject to the conditions in Section 5.1.

Where there is any conflict between a specific promotional term and these general terms, the specific promotional term prevails in respect of that promotion only.
The z9999 welcome bonus package is available to new players on their first, second, and third deposits subject to the minimum deposit thresholds stated on the Promotions page. The welcome bonus is available to one Account per person, per household, per CNIC, per IP address, and per device. Any detected abuse of the welcome bonus — including creation of multiple accounts to receive multiple welcome bonuses — will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and accounts.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the standard wagering requirement applicable to all z9999 bonuses is 20x the bonus amount for the first deposit welcome bonus, rising to 25x and 30x for the second and third deposit bonus tiers respectively. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games typically contribute 10%; and sports betting wagers typically contribute 100% at minimum odds of 1.50.
All bonuses carry an expiry date. The first deposit bonus expires 14 days after credit; the second deposit bonus expires 14 days after credit; the third deposit bonus expires 30 days after credit. Upon expiry, any remaining Bonus Balance and associated bonus winnings are forfeited automatically. Real Money Balance is unaffected by bonus expiry.

Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its promotional access permanently restricted and may be subject to Account closure.
z9999 reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or permanently remove any game from the Platform at any time without prior notice. Game unavailability during scheduled or emergency maintenance does not entitle any Player to compensation unless the unavailability directly interrupted an active, documented game session in a provably erroneous state.
All casino games and instant win products on the z9999 Platform use Random Number Generators that have been independently tested and certified for fairness by recognised testing laboratories. Certifications are available upon request. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages published for z9999 games represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for individual sessions.
In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or technical failure that affects the integrity or outcome of any game on z9999, the affected game round(s) will be declared void and any stakes will be returned to the Player's Wallet. z9999 is not liable for any perceived winnings that result from a technical malfunction. The decision of z9999's technical team regarding the existence and effect of any malfunction is final.
z9999 may, at its discretion, impose maximum winnings limits on specific games, game types, or bonus-funded gameplay. Any winnings exceeding an applicable maximum winnings cap will be reduced to the stated cap amount, with the excess voided.
Players are prohibited from: (a) using any automated software, bot, or script to play on z9999; (b) exploiting any game bug, error, or unintended feature; (c) colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer games; (d) using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions or create false account information. Any account found to be in violation of these rules will be closed and funds may be voided.
All bets placed on the z9999 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by z9999 and will only be confirmed upon receipt of a unique bet reference number. z9999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, particularly where the bet is placed at incorrectly displayed odds due to a pricing error ("palpable error").
Where odds displayed on the z9999 sportsbook contain a manifest or obvious error — including but not limited to odds that would result in an implied probability of less than 1% on a heavily favoured outcome — z9999 reserves the right to cancel such bets and return the stake to the Player's Wallet. The determination of whether a pricing error constitutes a palpable error rests with z9999's trading team and is final.
If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed, all pre-match bets on that event will be void and stakes returned, unless the event is rescheduled and commences within 48 hours of the original start time, in which case bets may be carried over to the rescheduled event at z9999's discretion. Live in-play bets that have been settled before an event is abandoned will stand.
For PSL, international Test and ODI cricket, and T20 competitions, z9999 may apply specific rules regarding match completion requirements, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results, and minimum overs requirements for match betting markets to have action. These sport-specific rules are available in the z9999 Sportsbook rules section and form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z9999's total cumulative liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their z9999 Account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
z9999 expressly excludes liability for: (a) any loss of winnings, profits, or gaming value resulting from technical malfunctions, game voidance, or Platform downtime; (b) indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind; (c) any loss arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms; (d) any loss arising from Force Majeure events; and (e) any third-party payment processing failures or delays outside z9999's direct control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits z9999's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by z9999's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
z9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — including changes to withdrawal policies, wagering requirements, or eligibility criteria — z9999 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the registered Account email address or mobile number before the amended terms take effect.
Your continued use of the z9999 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you may close your Account and withdraw your Real Money Balance before the amended Terms take effect. The version of these Terms in force at the time of any dispute shall govern that dispute.
